Whether you want to make 400 whp or 800 whp this will have the biggest and fattest powerband your Subaru can have. This motor is setup to maximize HP from 4000 RPM to 8500 RPM with the addition of our "Big Valve" head package. This is a new long block so we start with a new Subaru EJ engine case, crankshaft, head castings, and oil pump, which are then filled with forged internals, and built to our exacting standards. We do offer specific engine configurations for the different year STi, WRX, Legacy, Forester with the 2.5 engine but also have options for the WRX orginally equiped with a 2.0 engine.
*Engines are built to order as we can offer different camshaft profiles and different compression ratios without an extra charge. Inventory shows "In Stock" just so that the system will allow you to place your order. We also offer upgraded head studs and rods at an extra cost for customers looking to exceed 700 whp*

These engines are truck freighted with $10k insurance on a 48x40x27 pallet at about 265 lbs. We list a flat rate but can quote specifically or you as in some cases it’s less or more.
